	Security in Swimming-Pools


	Henceforth, private swimming-pools or of joint use are subject to the provisions of the law nr. 2003-9 relating to swimming-pool security. As of January 1st, 2004 this law provides the installation of standardized security equipment around swimming pools. Failure to observe the provisions of articles L. 128-1 and L. 128-2 is punished with a EUR 45,000 fine.
